Comments: Hindus of Greater Houston began almost nineteen years ago when there was probably one temple in Houston. Now Hindus have temples in almost every neighborhood of Houston. With collective cooperation among all temples and Hindu organizations not only will we be able to continue celebrations like Janamashtmi on a grand scale, but we will also be one strong community voice with the strength to overcome any obstacles facing the Hindu community around the world.
